What you may not know is more than 12 million ppl get this disgusting bug every year. Here&amp;#8217;s what you can do if your child does bring home this nasty pest.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pull your hair back into a tight bun while doing the week long treatment on your child, which consists of pulling &amp;amp; combing the lice &amp;amp; their eggs, out of your child&amp;#8217;s hair.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Never use the same comb on anyone else&amp;#8217;s hair that is used on the scalp with lice,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wash your sheets, pillow cases, comforters, etcin HOT water.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To stay safe spray some cinnamon or peppermint oil on hats, coats, &amp;amp; scarves, to repel, even kill, the lice, and protect your child &amp;amp; yourself.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1 Bag Meatless Crumbles&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 Cans Low Sodium Tomato Juice&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 to 2 cans Rotel&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 Cans Chili Beans&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 Packet Chili Seasoning&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Directions&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Heat a saute pan and add bag of meatless crumbles. Break up the crumbles and brown. While crumbles are browning add tomato juice, Rotel, and chili beans into a kettle and heat to boiling then simmer. When the crumbles are browned, add a little water to the pan and mix in the chili seasoning packet. Stir until well mixed then add to kettle. Stir let sit on medium for about 5 minutes and presto, delicious and flavorful chili. Great for these fall nights and winter days:) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TIP&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;~If you like noodles with your chili, just boil while preparing the chili and add to individual servings. Fiber is an amazing thing to increase in your diet. Weight Watchers has this all figured out, for those of you who are unfamiliar with WW points system, its simply that if your food item has increased fiber content it can bring the point value down, example 50 calories=1 point&amp;#8230;a sandwich has 300 calories, so therefore 6 points, but wait the fiber count is 7, now that same sandwich has 4-5 points. Ok so now that we have established fiber rocks, it keep us full so much longer, helps regularity, and reduces tummy puff! Set a goal for yourself to eat 25 grams of filling fiber each day!  Where to get it? Try some of these delicious fresh unsuspecting choices&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2) Drink Water~When a binge happens, drink 8-10 glasses of water to flush all the sodium thats causing you to puff &amp;amp; water helps you feel thinner&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) Don&amp;#8217;t quit eating~Starving yourself to make up for the feast you&amp;#8217;ve just downed not only slows your metabolism but prompts another binge later&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4) Fill up on your Fiber~Eating too many wrong things can make your body constipate. Fuel up on fiber to keep your system running clean and bloating down&lt;/p&gt;
