Anyone who has kids in school right now knows all to well about the worry and anxiety associated with the Lice outbreak in our schools. What you may not know is more than 12 million ppl get this disgusting bug every year. Here’s what you can do if your child does bring home this nasty pest.
Pull your hair back into a tight bun while doing the week long treatment on your child, which consists of pulling & combing the lice & their eggs, out of your child’s hair.
Never use the same comb on anyone else’s hair that is used on the scalp with lice,
Wash your sheets, pillow cases, comforters, etcin HOT water.
To stay safe spray some cinnamon or peppermint oil on hats, coats, & scarves, to repel, even kill, the lice, and protect your child & yourself.
Remember, Lice CANNOT jump or fly, & will die in a few days if not on a scalp.

Ever wonder when your fit kicks need to be replaced, and then if they do what shoes to buy? It really is a lot of pressure, I know because I just went on the search. While on the hunt, I tried on about every shoe on the shelf. Yummy Chili thats wonderful with the cool seasons approaching, and best of all is so fast, ready in about 10-15 minutes from stove to table
1 Bag Meatless Crumbles
2 Cans Low Sodium Tomato Juice
1 to 2 cans Rotel
2 Cans Chili Beans
1 Packet Chili Seasoning
Heat a saute pan and add bag of meatless crumbles. Break up the crumbles and brown. While crumbles are browning add tomato juice, Rotel, and chili beans into a kettle and heat to boiling then simmer. When the crumbles are browned, add a little water to the pan and mix in the chili seasoning packet. Stir until well mixed then add to kettle. Stir let sit on medium for about 5 minutes and presto, delicious and flavorful chili. Great for these fall nights and winter days:)
TIP~If you like noodles with your chili, just boil while preparing the chili and add to individual servings. Don’t mix in with Chili however, it wont store as well in the fridge.~
